Now Jon, we don't know for certain that Hayton is being a bad boy now. I know the past is an indication of how a person usually works and we all need to be real careful here, but we still can't say for sure that the guy doesn't see a better future by taking the path to building a company instead of tearing it down. That wasn't too nice to say you'd consider buying at a penny a share IMO, but if it ever gets there count me and every other shareholder in too! And be honest, if this company shows some decent financials (I know you don't think they will) you'd maybe stake out a few shares for yourself wouldn't you? Even at slightly higher then a penny?

Your post 13419 is an insult. Trying to justify your presence by saying you might--again, you might--buy in if the price were a penny. You know what JT? I've enjoyed a whole lot about you over these many months. I've enjoyed some of your intelligent input. But I've got to confess that you appear as an insult to good investors of Zulu and that I SUSPECT your reasons for being here are fraudulent, at best. You'd consider buying at a penny! Hah! You mean to say you've been here all this time waiting for it to go down a penny? How about getting it more accurate! You've been here all this time trying to make it go down to a penny! Some justification for wanting to know about how Utah law will impact the financial reports of Zulu-tek. Because you have a real penny interest in buying! You're looking for an opening to buy Zulu at .01? I'm sorry, Jon. But I don't believe you.
