TO ALL:
Imagine the situation of FAMH by year end 1997:
They published numbers three times for Q1/Q2/Q3 97 earnings per share adding to $.12 for the three quarters.
On March 3rd 1998 Ira Monas published the preliminary results for the whole fiscal year (4 quarters) to be $.1085.
Now please put yourself in Ira Monas' position (perhaps you don't feel comfortable in him - but just for a tiny minute) and imagine his intention "I WANT TO PROMOTE THIS STOCK BY ALL MEANS EVEN MAKING FALSE EARNINGS ANNOUNCEMENTS!!!!!!!!":
What had you given as a year end number?
I had given - let's say $.19 surely more than $.12 per share.

Any suggestions why this inconsistent numbers were released if they should have been pure fiction?
