Hi D Floyd...

Obviously, they are dipping into cash. I don't dispute that. On the other hand, Raefon correctly noted that the company almost certainly is making good progress in paring inventory, as it certainly isn't necessary to be replacing all that it has already sacked away in the back of the factory.

Any inventory reduction is translated into cash during a normal 30-45 day billing cycle.

And, cash is what you need to purchase stock.

Remember Floyd, I was only speculating about possible intentions. I don't have a clue whether they will do it or not. Not all of their behavior and/or decisions are comprehensible to someone who tends to think linearly.

Nevertheless, what *is* clear is that they company and its management hasn't been able to create any shareholder value for the last five years or more. Perhaps the best way for them to accomplish this is to reduce the float as much as possible and then take a premium bid. That would certainly resolve David Buchanan's problem...and he could get back to his second home in Flagstaff.

I can't speak for him, of course, but if he converted his TFS ownership position into cash, he could thoroughly enjoy his retirement without round trips back and forth to Tempe every time something blows up.

Have a good day.
