- Receives Patents For Australia & New Zealand And Retains - Investor Relations Consultant

Thermal Control Technologies Corp. is pleased to announce that it has obtained the Radiator Header Assembly patent for Australia and New Zealand. The radiator header assembly design is the gasket system which enables TCT to build the only guaranteed leak-free Charge Air Cooler. This same technology is transportable to radiators, oil coolers, air-conditioning condensers and transmission coolers.

Additionally, TCT has retained the services of Charles Gowen to provide shareholder communication services, subject to regulatory approval, for a term expiring November 30, 1998.
