Re: "Convince me and the others who read this thread that Intel's stock has not been placed at the mercy of Merrill's top gun Tom K. for the past year and probably much longer."

When it comes to Tom Kurlak there are the believers and the nay sayers this thread has hashed out every conceivable logical explanation pro and con it hasn't changed Mr. Kurlak's or Murrill's antics whatsoever. The real issue is the rewards will be much sweeter than just gaining more profits this time around. I say leave Tom Kurlak and the Kurlakian's to reality which is just around the corner.

LetGo, LetGo, just let Tom Kurlak go, he made to cents for his defense but will have nay to show, HiHo HiHo HiHo.<ggg>

Frank,
I don't think you can blame Tom K for all of Intels stock woes.
Other factors include Wall Streets insistence that computer sales are cyclical, S.E, Asia demand slowing, world recession, perceived competition, competitive disadvantage due to large die size and the general market weakness of late.
How many other than you and I remember what the Bossa Nova is? <G>
You wouldn't know of a good MPEG3 sound editor would you?
