Microsoft reviewed dozens of software products from United Systems Technologies. These are the Y2K compliant products for city government, such as their Asyst product line. As a result, Microsoft gave United Systems Technologies full approval of both their Windows 95/98 versions and USTI's Windows NT.

Any software company can claim "Windows compatible" for their software. But only those that have their software reviewed by Microsoft can say "Microsoft Approved." This is the label attached to USTI's software. See the product section of their website for verification. unitedsystech.com

So...as unimaginable as it may sound that the great Microsoft may be interested in tiny little 10 year old United Systems Technologies, they have already examined USTI's product line with a fine tooth comb.
Add to that the fact that USTI has ALWAYS reported financials to the SEC...and from what I can see, it seems to always be on time.

And suddenly, the rumor by the Stock of the Month Club is not all that hard to imagine.
