Thanks again for your insight.

It stuns me that you don't appear bearish on the financial system. My best, albeit uninformed, guess, is that a US market crash, and a global depression, are virtually inevitable at this point.

I'm not a long term bear, I've come to these conclusions by watching the market and events closely over the past 5 weeks or so. If I were honest with the data, I'd say this looks bigger than 1929. That seems so inconceivable, though, that I'll back away from the data and just say it looks like somewhere between 1987 and 1929.

I have a hefty respect for the limits of my information, perception and judgment, but with those very significant caveats ... that's what I see.
