Barbara, we are aware of insider selling. Look at Dell, Cpq, Intel, Amat, Csco etc etc... sept of 97... everyone was selling and have been more selling since!!! It is not a good indicator of stock price movement at all.... a much better indicator is buying. Historically this is a proven fact. Otherwise Dell and MSFT would be lower today, so lets drop the insider selling theme as its not relevant. Its very common to sell 10% of your holdings at one point or another. If you still own 90% of your holdings, and you buyback some token amount more 8 months later at 23 per share, that indicates your long term faith in the value of the company. Fear has gripped the stock... Noam wrote me an email yesterday and Im sure we will see stock value restored...the price today is silliness. Thank you for your note. I want you to know that your management is working hard to restore shareholders value. I believe our buyback strategy is sound. In the long run, the value of the company will be better reflected in the price of the share.
