Bgtit, with all those questions you raise about Wellrich you'd think it would have been AZNT who brought litigation against Wellrich, and not the other way around. Tell me, who brought litigation against who in this case and when did they do it?

Of course before you bought hook line and sinker what you've been fed by the company, you actually secured a copy of the three page "investor suitability questionnaire" Wellrich sent out with the required SEC disclosure statements that had to be signed by the investor before any shares were sent to them, right? Of course you've talked to someone who bought shares from Wellrich to confirm that all the money from said sale of those shares and the transfer of the certificates was done by AZNT, not Wellrich. Right?

I didn't think so.

But don't sweat it. By this afternoon this whole matter will be a dead issue. Excuse me, by this afternoon this whole matter will legally be a dead issue.

Bgtit, ever wonder if you're being made the fall guy in all of this?

- Jeff

>>Do I get paid for assisting AZNT in getting economic developement financing and non-dilutive money, yes of course. What my company gets is between me and AZNT. AND none of SMARTINS business. Our intentions with AZNT are clear, allow revenue to go to the balance sheet and let us offset your expenses to expand, increase production and research and developement for potentially new products. <<

I don't believe you revealed your financial arrangements with AZNT while you were hyping on this thread. How is your situation different from the one Mr. Reece finds himself in ?

>>Is AZNT a real company? Well, Touch of Nature(tm) is a real product selling like mad( my reason for getting involved was will this stuff sell, and it is.) Other products are real and selling as well. The relationships that have been disclosed here on SI, are real and those that have harmed the company are just as real. Is the court orders real, yes. <<

Touch of Nature is trademarked, but according to the registry it is not trademarked by AZNT unless AZNT is also known as Gunther-Hebney. Is it?

Dean--

I think making disclosure on the thread was a very good idea; generally and for your own protection.

Now. What's the deal with the WellRich lawsuit that, apparently, was being heard--and not contested by AZNT--this morning?
