Hi William, This time I side with Tokyo Mex (sort of). DOW at 5500 ? Absolutely. Will it happen overnight. No, like you said, we are hostages to history. Violent ups and downs and occasional trading ranges over a period of months. Trend will be down, but many won't realize it until it's too late. Make that commercial real estate. It has ALWAYS led the cycle. home sells are not too accurate-- more of consumer confidence. Commercial is a direct reflection on the tenants profits and expansion. If the market does tank BIG-- there will be TONS of property here in Costa Rica at bargain basement prices. The land cost here follows the stock market. I am keeping an eye for bargains around Michael Jordon's new casino.... Anyone want to start a fund with me if that happens?
