Tom, I agree they had to do something. If I weren't getting paid for a deal, I certainly would follow the same course of action. I would try to deal with the people and if I wasn't successful then I would resort to legal action. Sounds to me like Joe Naughton had exhausted all normal avenues to get this resolved but had to do something to show them and us he was serious. I don't like the lawsuit but agree it was the next step. At least he is not sitting on his hands. Time will tell. As I said before, I believe in this company and this unfortunately is part of doing business in the real world. Kevin
