To all:

Does anyone knows why and how the opening price off CGI yesterday Wednesday was 17% higher than the previous day ? Who decided to put CGI price at 23,50$ when the previous day the stock was down .30$ to close to 20,05$. I don't see any rational really I cant understand that.
