anyone who had all his/her eggs in one basket would be an idiot by definition. No one can object to the managment having made some $$ via the secondary - it is not a Wharton or Harvard Case Study (equivalent to Rocket Science).

If it were LU or GM or GE or CSCO there wouldn't be a peep; so why take that event out of its context and put it in today's context? Illogical at best, dumb at the minimum.

Insider selling is a normal course of business for people with large amounts of net worth in the stock. Bill Gates, Michael Dell, they both have sold much stock in last 3-9 months time... and havent bought anymore either... but that has nothing to do with the company performance since.... GET A GRIP and tells us something of substance
