anyone who had all his/her eggs in one basket would be an idiot by definition. No one can object to the managment having made some $$ via the secondary - it is not a Wharton or Harvard Case Study (equivalent to Rocket Science). If it were LU or GM or GE or CSCO there wouldn't be a peep; so why take that event out of its context and put it in today's context? Illogical at best, dumb at the minimum. Dee Jay
