bid moving up, suggesting we may have sizable buy orders coming in. Dow is taking a beating, same with nasdaq. Astute investors should realize that DGIV has had its downturn and is now on the upswing, accompanied by news and soon-to-be Sb10 filing! PS: both bid and ask just got pushed up. The buying is continuing unabated.
