Cool Cavalry... what I would like to see is that investors in this company review all the pros and cons of their investment. And I am encouraged that you seem to agree to look at every angle. AZNT obviously has been managerially challenged in the past years. Otherwise, you wouldn't have 60+ million shares outstanding, 1 million shares being paid to the CEO's father for $10,000 work of consulting work, or a failed marketing operation of a product as simple as chewing gum. And there is still the issue of how many preferred shares insiders will receive for rescinding their stock and what the conversion price and restrictions will be. I'm all for this company succeeding. But I also would like to believe they deserve to succeed, meaning that there is renewed concern for preserving shareholder value. With shareholders like yourself asking the hard questions and demanding accountability, you will sleep more easily at night knowing that management will be held accountable for their actions. Without asking the hard questions, like I should have more fervently done in my situation, investors are vulnerable. If the yeas were more open about this diligence process, it is quite likely you would far fewer folks like myself scrutinizing this "sure thing". Take care and good luck!! Regards, Ron
