When I first started posting on this thread, I was slammed for stating my thoughts. At that time it was a 50 cent share price. Today it is a 25cent share price. Then I stated that it will probably slide near its 52 week low and I still believe it today. Only a small percentage of stocks aren't bordering their yearly lows. Why is this one any different? Investors are harboring in money markets and bonds, during this period of global instability, not in speculative small caps. Unless PR sends out several positive news reports and an impressive financial it will stay within the 52 week low, except from occassional spikes from the momentum traders. Share cost still hasn't found its support base, so caution and "stop-loss", should come into play, when buying.

Good luck,
Gary
