For INTEL, AMD, LSI , ALTR ...etc, Malaysia only offes labor to assemble , and test the products, INTL, AMD, LSI , ALTR...etc own the products. The circuits are designed by INTEL< AMD, SI, ALTR...etc, wafers are probably processed by Taiwan,
or Japan, and then ship to Malaysia for packaging and testing. The end chips were probably shipped to Taiwan , Japan , or assembled locally in Malaysia as end system products , so Malaysia did not export any electronic products, but just provide labors
to do the labor work. even the Testers , ...etc belong to Intel, AMD, LSI Altr..etc. As
a result of currency depreciation , the cost of labor service is even cheaper now in terms of dollar.
