I agree with you. What I have said on tis board several times is that a lot of MSFT's dirty laundry will be put out for public viewing over the up-coming months. If the pro-MSFTers want to blindly ignore these warnings a make excuses as to the validity of every day's bad news then that is their problem.

But Wall Street will surely react to the press reports from the pre-trial and trial and this has got to negatively effect the stock price.

I am pretty sure many of the more damaging emails or electronic documents within MSFT have been disposed of somehow. In fact, I am very surprised of the number and content of emails that actually were captured for the courts and not disposed. MSFT's dirty laundry emails that are being exposed to the public will surely set new policies in the Corp. world - what can and cannot be transmitted over the corp email systems.

If any of you are in large corp. - keep an eye out for an email usage policy regarding this issue.
