Here are a few more points re winchop(no mistake on spelling)
and IBM.

If IBM needs a core x86 and they are not interested in the
winchop and they have intimate knowledge of its design as
a 2nd src mfg then my friends the winchop SUCKS.OTOH if
the design of the winchip is solid IBM must be licking
thier chops about getting it on the cheap....IDT could
even SELL the design to IBM for say 250 million this is
a number pulled out of the air but i figure TI blew 125
million trying to develop a core and failed and nsm paid
500 million for cyrix so 250 million sounds fair for the
centaur business unit ok boys give me my 10 percent hell
i will take losey point(2.5 million). So this is ~3 bucks
per share (80 million shares into 250 bucks) .
