Their problem is cgi. cgi can't handle that much traffic they
are asking. AMTD improved much compare to last year. But they added
too many new accounts without improving tech side. cgi was good enough
to handle low volume like 2+yr ago. They'd better put some $$$ in tech
before folks take out accounts to some where else.

What a coincidence. I just found this one which echoes my concern
about AMTD's cgi.

Clumsy Server

Sometimes I just wonder how a firm with such a clumsy server
expects to stay in this highly competitive business. Moreover,
I feel that one must be a masochist to be willing to deal with
this firm.

Valuation of online brokers

Having accounts at several of the major online brokers, I have found
that Ameritrade has the highest frequency of system problems. How does
the site expect to attract many more professional traders with such
unreliable service? The current valuation of the stock (>$50) at more
than 25x book value, imho cannot be justified. Any comments?
