In all likelihood, they distributed the shares to
investors, leaving it to them to actually sell. Then there's the other insiders (officers and directors). Anyone surprised?


Ugly elephants!! That's all I can say. That's why the stock price swinged from 137 to 65 in one week!! What a joke!

I think you are right about KP distributing to investors who then sell. Wasn't Mikey Dell identified as selling a few thousand AMZN shares earlier this summer?
