Hi Baker - Hard to tell about MYLX and what the best entry point is for a new position. I do not see any urgency to buy at this time. I guess I would want to see (1) the overall market stabilize and turn around ....maybe late October and (2) look for some specific company news regarding their new products, litigation, down sizing etc and (3) see more large buying by the company...no large blocks bought even at these levels.

In summary, I guess I would be willing to pay a but more if the turnaround has a higher probability of working out to the good. It is not clear to me that positive earnings and positive free flow cash flow will be achieved before Q2 1999! Futhermore, the market is pricing very low (historical) PE's to "small-cap" companies that can show sustained earnings (MYLX has not been able to maintain two profitable quarters for some time now).....maybe this PE will expand more after our January rally. Therefore, IMO the best time to "bottom-fish" might be end of October early November and then hope for a good year end rally and positive news from our management.

Good Luck

P.S. I picked up another position three month's back at $5.00.
