IRIDF is launching Sept 23, but I will have to check this for you. Because of the Delta III explosion, there was some question whether a launch of satelites on Aug 31 on a Delta II would be delayed. But the IRIDF web site had nothing, and there was no press release on that date.

But the date of the 23 is secure, from what I have read.
