Tehy saw the light, though: <<VIENNA, Va., Sept 3 (Reuters) - MVSI Inc. said Thursday it has ended its previously announced and latest open market purchase program for up to one million shares of MVSI stock. MVSI added that it continues to believe that it will produce significantly higher revenues and profits in the foreseeable fiscal quarters. Under three separate repurchase programs since January 1997, the company said in a statement that it has bought back a total of more than three million shares, or 17 percent, of the authorized and issued shares of MVSI stock. It said that the current situation in the markets, especially for technology stocks, has undermined the effectiveness of the company's recent efforts to enhance stockholder value.>>
