You state you're not a BEAR, but, actually we're in a bear market with respect to small cap stocks. In retrospect Ancor is not in all that bad a shape in comparison to other techs with high debt levels and diminished prospects. Given the climate the small caps are in at the moment I would not be so confident ANCR would have a sustained rally even on a significant OEM announcement, although it would certainly alleviate some tension. I suspect the volume is higher than normal because day traders are flipping the stock. I remain overwhelmingly confident ANCR is still a great company to own even should it dip below the one dollar level. The Fibre Channel market has barely materialized and I suspect within two years investors will be clamoring to own some of these companies. That of course assumes Ancor survives a few more quarters.

I think what Ken said they will continue to cherry pick opportunities that arise out of these type of situations.
