Further more we would be able to have a two pronged attack with Jimmy heading up the Voip side of the bus. and Schecter(sic) heading up the hw/sw side. Depending on the filing of the 10sb and the exact #'s for DGIV we would instantly have a NASDAQ listed company with a market cap of at least 200 million,IMO. With the share price of NMSS at close to the 52 week low none of this is too far out. I think the shareholders of both companies would have to agree that this would make a hell of a lot of sense.
