Terry, there's one directly against Zulu-tek in California for $200,000 by one former SIMer; and one in New York for $200 million against Softbank Holding and Ziff-Davis by four former SIMers, claiming SIM should not have been sold to Zulu-tek, that Zulu was not fit to take over SIM.

In both of those suits, I think we can safely assume the parties will be seeking to discredit Zulu-tek. This just happens to mirror the presence of many posters we've seen on this threads and others, seeking to discredit Zulu-tek.

From Advertising Age:

In other legal action, Mr. Colvin filed a suit against Softbank
Interactive Marketing and Zulu-tek seeking $200,000 for past
work performed. The suit, filed late last month in Los Angeles
Superior Court, seeks to freeze the bank accounts of both
Zulu-tek and SIM, said Kirsten Spira, partner with McNamara &
Spira, Santa Monica, Calif., attorney for Mr. Colvin.

From Advertising Age:

The $200 million suit was filed April 17 in New York Supreme
Court, New York, by Andrew Batkin, former chairman of SIM;
Lawrence Howorth, former exec VP-chief financial officer;
Edward West, former exec VP-business development; and
Robert Colvin, former senior VP-client acquisition. All are still
minority shareholders in SIM, but left the company following its
takeover by Zulu-tek.

>>>To the extent there is "dirt" to be dug up, I want to know about it any way. The company/ies would then have to clean house or their act(s).<<<

Sure we want to know as much as we can about everything. But at least the emphasis behind our inquiry would be sincere and not marvelent in nature. There's a difference between sincerely wanting to obtain information and manipulating and/or distorting in order to get.

Oh, regarding the HE on the Tara inquiry? I didn't want to know why there might be a good general reason for his wanting to know the answer to the question he asked you; I wanted to know precisely why he, in particular, wanted to know. The HE was for emphasis only. Indeed, JT is anything but God.

He could be a nice guy, living in a house on a hill with a view--but God he's not!

Here is an example of why red flags are waving all over the place about this deal. Keith Montgomery is listed in 8/98 filing with Utah Secretary of State as President of Zulu-tek and one of its only 2 directors, but when I call "Zulu" receptionist I am told by her that (i) "I have no idea who you are talking about" and (ii) "I don't know how to reach that person."

Ouch! Bambaata, can you help me, since you have the inside track (LOL) on what is going on? Who voted Keith Montgomery in as President and 1 of 2 directors? Maybe that person can locate him for me.

Note: I have left word for Zulu-tek's Secretary, Justin Walker, to call. I have previously left word for Zulu-tek's Treasurer, Paul Messina, to call, but I have only gotten two (2) staff call backs to the effect they are "working" on my request for financial information, documents, etc.
