ecspecially since it runs around 15k dollars to have the report made and these guys most likely are very very tight on cash, think about it guys. It is really common sense IMO ,His question to you about why you wanted to see them ,makes me think they arent as important to him as paying the light bills. financials dont take this long for a small company. This is a development stage company with no verified income. Simple, its a risk.could be great could be the worst.

Best of Luck to all

Saturday, thanks for seconding my opinion about the financials. Everything you mentioned is very close to my opinion and expectation. GLOW had a nice run up, not due to hype but excitement combined with heavy day trader activity. Now we are in a different situation. GLOW from a trading point of view had lost it's virginity. GLOW now has to prove its worth. This is very difficult and takes a long time. IMO 4 things are needed to move GLOW up and provide a new higher base:

1. Finalization of the Burnt Church deal.
2. Retrieval of the 20 million shares.
3. Completing the financials and becoming fully reporting.
4. Signing 1-2 more NEW deals.

These things will take 2-4 months, maybe more. But when they happen they will provide significant impact to the future price of GLOW.

ALL OF THE ABOVE IS ONLY MY OPINION.

Mike

Saturday,

The 20 million shares are unlikely to be the cause of the delay in issuing the audited financials.

In my experience, the auditor and the company would report on the basis of the larger number of shares outstanding, and then include information about the 20 million disputed shares in a footnote to the financials. I've seen this exact situation previously.
