Oh dear. Mike, I'm usually not accused of excessive subtlety, but irony impairment is a common affliction. I've been a victim myself, I suggest reading the NYT as a corrective exercise. Normally, I stick to fairly obvious sarcasm, which is what I thought I was posting in 10496. For the record, we are in violent agreement. On issues of objectivity and bias, the operational definition seems to be that people you agree with are objective, and those you disagree with are biased. I try to avoid the terms, though lord knows, I've probably slipped up there often enough. Cheers, Dan.
