Mike,

She doesnt want to hear you. She is focusing on the paper's reasons for publishing as opposed to the more important fact regarding the actual news they are reporting.

The reports facts are saying that not only is MSFT looking more and more guilty in the case against them but now witnesses are coming forward to say that MSFT is also obstructing justice my destroying evidence!

Focus on the news and dont shoot the messenger!

Mike,

We should let the courts figure out whether the allegations are
true or false. I don't think an average investor has that
knowledge. Everything presented before the evidence is made
public is pure speculation.

I apologize if I slammed Red Herring, I was just making an
historical observation.
