Dale, what industry are you refering to? Oh, wait, it's the short-sellers industry, what was the name? "his main motive is to develope a reputation as a top player in his industry" He has a reputation alright, and it's all "SHORT". Perhaps he is part of the collusion to bring price down to 1.00. Maybe he is there final attempt to bring the stock price down before shorters can cover (and perhaps go long). Who knows for sure, but i'm not selling. I see some have been spooked this morning, or perhaps more manipulation, but we are still holding pretty good, considering a 'top player' has tried to downplay everything Napier has worked for in the past 6 months. I finally got my system back and running. Boy the people at Shaw Cable are slow. I was waiting for over 2hrs to get technical help this week, anybody else experience similiar problems with their cable modem isp?

This is just one example of the what this guy is about. Here's a successful libel brought against Mudry and his buddies: courts.gov.bc.ca [64] As publishers, Tanis Culley and the two corporate defendants are, of course, jointly and severally liable for the damages caused by the tortious acts committed by Mr. Mudry, Mr. Ireland, and Mr. Peverley.
