Casey,

Brent Mudry is the "journalist" who first broke the story that Trooper was suing Thermo Tech in December... if you dig up the article that he wrote, he seemed to be highly critical of Trooper at the time and hence in favor of Thermo Tech and messed up a few of the facts.

He's a court hound... just watching the filings in Vancouver. I think he gets paid if newspapers pick up his story.
