Darleen: Agreed, USD may have topped. Efforts to make Euro a real reserve currency should lead to selling of dollar reserves, buying of Euro with proceeds in order to make Euro look good vs USD. That leads to dumping of Euro-dollars. I suspect G-7 deems a lower USD as necessary to stem new round of competitive devaluations.
