There is a lot of buying pressure. After the bid of $2.65 the closest is 2.90 the others are over 3.

The only reason I'm sweating is that it has been quite warm out here, near the Santiago Canyon brush fire. You and Jimmy Chin can claim whatever you want about the SEC filing, but until it's in the SEC's EDGAR database those claims mean nothing. DGIV has been promising a SEC filing for months. Also, you remember the second condition of the bet? No reverse splits for DGIV to get a listing. Time will tell who is correct...
