*OT* There ya go, beer is a subject much more fun to discuss.

I prefer a microbrewed ale or stout. An occasional hoppy Pilsner from overseas. I realize that there is great potential for Beer-Wars online, so I'll refrain from commenting on Molson, or Labatts, directly.

Oh, back on target - BC Ministry of Health acquired an OTEXF system for Y2K project support.

Later.

RE: Next Generation of PharMatrix Pharmaceutical Knowledge Management
Tool Released by Base4
Base4 Bioinformatics Base4 Bioinformatics Inc. announced today the release of PharMatrix(TM) 2.0, the next generation of collaborative knowledge management for the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. PharMatrix(TM) captures and promotes the sharing of all of the knowledge generated by drug discovery and development teams. It is an especially powerful tool to co-ordinate the activities of the geographically dispersed teams typical of today's drug discovery process.
Powered by Open Text Corporation Livelink Intranet 8, PharMatrix(TM) 2.0 combines a new modular architecture with improved collaborative functionality, enhancing both vertical
and horizontal integration of drug discovery groups. New features include enhanced departmental tools and support for standardized project folders.
This development looks like they are finally going to make some headway after the programs by Documentum...since that is the core of that stock's strength for a long time is their ability to help companies follow the FDA requirements and the testing data from pre clinical and clinical trials of new drugs...no one paying much attention today though...good stuff anyway...now to sell SOME!!!
