<based on todays price this is not a good deal for investors of CKSG> Nor for USWB, apparently ;) Seems the street doesn't like the deal, despite an upgrade on CKSG from BT Alex. Brown: biz.yahoo.com ??? Re. USWB, check out that thread to see what people've been saying there ... As for the one and a half to one ratio, I read somewhere that they were saying that this is a done deal, no matter the stock fluctuations (sorry, can't remember where, so take this with a grain of salt ...)
