Lee, I heard part of an interview with Bob Gabele yesterday He said that the month of August had seen some of the heaviest insider buying in a long time --but that it was confined to the small cap stocks. Now that is not surprising given how beaten up the small cap stocks are. Now if the large caps get clobbered, the small caps will also come under pressure -- though may be not as much. But when the insider buying gets skewed with the large caps as well, I'd say that within three months thereafter we'll probably see a bottom
