I think its common knowledge now that Rev B is out for the Savage 3D. Actually Rev A was a pretty good effort since it came out working on the first pass. Not too many complex ICs can claim that.

Far as the scuttlebutt goes, the Rev B runs at 125 MHZ (no fan necessary) and will beat anything in the market especially at the higher resolutions. The magazine test reports are running about 60 days behind.

As with everyone else's chip, developing the bug free drivers is the main time consuming job. BTW, Nvidia TNT is still the fastest device, but is running significantly behind schedule, requires a fan, and costs a bundle.
