Dave, the Dow doesn't have to do anything... be careful all who get so engrossed in TA. Remember TA, once it becomes fashionable (which it is) will start to break its own rules.. running over and under trends, supports, moving averages and other signals. The reason is simple, the market is a place to make money and once there's some reliability to any system of targets it will be taken advantage of in a contrary manner.
