Dwight: Like the market, price corrections seem to hit a sector at a time rather than accross the board. Be aware, too, that US of A is just a portion of the grand picture. Real estate here in LaLa land has plummeted. Otherwise highly mobile people can't move - they've lost their house equity. In some cases we are talking equity as in 7 figures! I'm hearing of Asians taking money out of the west to buy "bargains" in Asian real estate that are now selling at well less than half the price of 2-3 years ago. Most of the world's people: 1) don't live in the US and 2) are experiencing moderate-to-severe deflation. RH
