I clicked on those links and I heard a lot of moaning, too. Not only that: I fancied that I heard a long drawn-out scream. When I looked in the mirror, I discovered I was drenched in sweat. Not a pretty picture...

Perhaps your computer is a Muslim spy amongst the Canadian Shorts conspiracy, and reacted without thinking as it was brought to "familiar" grounds......

This computer is pointed due east, if that matters.

Taht seems to confirm the above theory.

Seriously, it really made a noise - noticeably more than normal.
