John, sounds like an interesting proposal. Keeping in mind all the forward looking qualifiers on a release a case could be made for buying all the CASHCO @ $0.20 that you can dig up cash for. At 10X earnings ARB shares should be worth $2.00, if I read this right for every $1.00 of CASHCO (todays value) they will give you $2.00 worth of ARB. Looks like CSHK should run up to ~$2.00 in the next two months then drop back dramatically post dividend.
These are just MY thought, if anybody doesn't like them, please flame me, not CASHCO.
JOE

While I consider myself a non Cashco basher - I do question that
A.R. Brooks will "become...full reporting company." CSHK isn't
fully reporting, but they are going to do a spin-off that will
be fully reporting. Does anyone else have a problem with this?
