My apologies to IDCN investors, this does not relate to you. I quoted the info that was on Bloomberg. The last reported data was as of end first quarter so they did not have second quarter data. So I stand corrected, they did show a small profit for the second quarter. A very small profit. So small that the report still shows the income as nil. Also their total income for the first 6 months is $2,665. Pretty much a scratch I would think. Also I see you didn't take issue with the statement that they have negative net worth. Seems the report doesn't show that has changed much, does it? And I offered no opinion on the stock just a caution to anyone looking at it to do a lot of research before they got involved. Do you have an objection to my suggesting that people do a lot of research before they buy this stock? If so, why? As far as you accusing me of being a short seller in this particular gem. If I had any position in this stock and was trying to manipulate it, why would I not have trashed it on the thread devoted to this stock? Why would I have only posted once, and then only a suggestion to do your own research? My question to you is what kind of individual over reacts to one cautionary post about a stock? What kind of individual tries to make a big deal out of a marginal earning number while conveniently ignoring the fact that this company has negative net worth? In other words they are technically bankrupt. What kind of person immediately jobs to accusations of manipulation and SEC violations? Some people would say that such a person is a person trying to hype a suspect stock and is involved in a pump and dump. But I wouldn't say that. I've been around OTC:BB stocks a long time. I think such an individual is a much more common occurrence, a hyperventilating nit wit who believe in fairy tales and conspiracy theories and gets very upset when someone asks any questions about his pet fantasy. CHALLENGE: If USTI's product is in such demand why haven't they been unable to have a profitable year since Clinton was first elected? Why do they still have negative net worth? FWIW I am still not giving an opinion on wether to buy this stock as I have not done sufficient research. But my cursory investigation shows enough red flags to repeat my statement that any one considering this should do their own research. And I have seen your posts before on other subjects and frankly your involvement is another bright red flag. As is your completely ridiculous accusation.
