Dear Depy,

I think you mean FBN Associates. Please check the web site again, absolutely all the information you need to make an investment decision can be found there (http://www.magneticdiary.com/fbn/)

But if that is not enough, check out their recent filings:
magneticdiary.com

And they offer some very creative financing, you might want to kick the tires on this one:
home.att.net

There really is no other Y2K stock like FBN.

Depy -

Speaking of hoaxes..is this just another one? Appreciate any help or info you may have.

FBN is 100% real & genuine... SPOOF!

It has sprung from the fertile imaginations & idle fingertips of ner-do-wells who have nothing better to do with their lives than to hang around on Internet forums & yank peoples chains...

Another way of saying this... it's a virtual IPO... virtually useless, but great fun.

PS - I just wish I'd jumped on board when the founders stock was offered... I could have been on easy street.
