Jim: Curious if you have access to the actual resolution passed by the U.S. Senate promoting a third-generation standard - or at least a summary of the key provisions? If you have read it, do you have any views or analysis of it - its impact (assume zero) or its straw in the wind aspects(assume represents some "consensus"[sic.] of lowest common denominator? Have not seen this reported anywhere else. You note camps on opposite sides claim triumph - who, what and how? If you have a link would appreciate. Chaz
