Ken, FWIW, I showed the call center article to a few call center operators, and they each shuddered to think about deploying anything that wasn't rock solidly emplaced in PSTN techs. So, too, do many LD resellers still resist the option of even "dabbling" in VoIP technologies. These speak ill about the adoption curve that we can expect over the short term. The remaining question being, then, when is the knee in the curve likely to be, where established call centers and the myriad facilities-based and switchless resellers are concerned?
