Another piece of information that I have received: Mark Uselton, Jack's son, and probably the mastermind behind this dirty little scam, went to John Christensen for a loan. Christensen at that point cranked out another 9MM shares and sold them into the market for approx $7MM, turned the money over to Mark. Then in an attempt to shift attention away from themselves (Mark and Jack) they filed suit against Christensen for cranking out the unauthorized shares. Pretty clever, huh?

You all remember the name Carl Kruse, don't you? I told you how he not only dumped millions of shares of MTEI into the run up......well, all of you EDII and PRWT shareholders are in for a big surprise. I already told you he was pumping EDII (another company that originated with Christensen), well, guess who writes the PR's for EDII and PRWT? Carl Jr. Hello, Carl. You still out there? You have been pretty silent since the other afternoon when you came back to SI just long enough to call me a liar and then disappeared into the sunset again.
