J. Saf is right. If you look into the First Boston recommendation, you will see that it came out April 23, 1998. It was a mistake and was intended to refer to IDXC. We have seen this one before. -Hal

And here's a curious critter. Announcement of UK biometric conference that begins with a ref. to the US Army using fingerprints/Smartcards. Now, does anyone out there know just whose system the army is using? Hmmm? Jean
