A little late to get in now. Yesterday's close prices would have given you $11 per share profit on USCS. Right now, it's at $1.50 and falling (at .62 X DST).

DST has the mass to be a player in the E-Bill arena. USCS helps them bulk up a bit more, particularly in the critical (according to Pete) "beta" market of cable/telecom. USCS big customer had been TCI, but they lost them, so I don't know what their customer list looks like.
