Well I was struck by the absence of Mark Cohen and the Pinnacle Group. I am still waiting to see any tangible contribution that he brought CSHK. I guess that I can keep on waiting.

So I guess the spin off may have been dictated by the AR Brooks being reporting and the Y2K division not wanting to report their losses. Also one bookkeeping trick to watch out for is that CSHK is going to end up with all the liabilities and losses and ARBrooks will be given a relatively clean balance sheet. I could be one tactic to shed the money losing part of the business.

Good luck Alan.

Ted as usual you point out the obvious. Too bad it was not obvious to me! Thanks. A perfect example of haste makes waste. My goof! Apology extended. It should have read an independent and fully reporting company. And it is Buy One Get One Free. Interesting how we read what we think we wrote. I need a proof reader.

And to update... Cashco will also become a fully reporting company. And yes I will continue to be President of A.R. Brooks.

Thanks again

Rhonda
